Co-Founder & Director
David is the first person our clients meet at Prime. A co-founder and key figure in our team, David oversees quoting and design for all our projects.

David began his career in1987 as an apprentice plumber, and then took on the challenge of further study to achieve his degree in building and design at the University of South Australia. Since then, he has successfully completed over 3,000 renovations and multiple commercial and residential new builds.

David is renowned for his exceptional ability to create innovative designs tailored to any client and any space. Whether it involves removing walls, relocating doorways, or adding rooms, he believes every space has the potential to be transformed into a more spacious and functional area and a remarkable knack for seeing how to achieve it.

David specialises in crafting modern and stylish designs which elevate the aesthetic appeal of any home. Working closely with our clients, David is committed to understanding each set of unique needs and preferences so we can deliver personalised designs that perfectly suit each client.
Mando

Co-Founder

Mando established Prime Home Improvements with David, bringing his extensive experience in tiling and qualifications as a building supervisor to the Prime team. This collaborative approach laid the foundation for where Prime Home Improvements is today.

Countless projects saw Mando progressing to a supervisory role, managing a team of more than 100 workers in Australia and overseas. This experience is invaluable when it comes to making sure projects stay on budget and on time.

Mando’s extensive experience as a tiler honed his skills and developed his attention to detail, which he applies to even the smallest details of projects to guarantee the best results. With an in-depth knowledge of renovations and a keen understanding of every aspect involved, Mando expertly navigates each project from start to finish.

Noah
Supervisor & Site Manager

Noah has been a valuable member of the Prime Home Improvements team since 2017. As Site Manager, Noah deals directly with our clients once the construction process has begun to ensure that all needs and expectations are met.

Beginning his journey with us as an apprentice, Noah has since worked on over 100 bathrooms, numerous kitchens, and countless renovations, developing both his hands-on skills and his ability to manage others.
Noah’s apprenticeship with our team provided Prime with the opportunity to shape him into not only an exceptional supervisor but also a professional who upholds our Prime Home Improvements standards. Noah is committed to consistently delivering top notch work and fostering strong relationships with our clients. He works closely with clients to ensure the Prime team has a full understanding of needs and vision, and to resolve any questions that can arise during building projects.
Connor
Plumber
As our resident plumbing expert, Connor is an integral member of the Prime Home Improvements team.
Connor joined us after finishing his plumbing apprenticeship, gaining invaluable experience working with our team. His expertise includes following intricate plans and adhering to manufacturer’s specifications for plumbing fixtures and fittings to ensure correct installation, operation and compliance for these products for our clients.
Connor excels at collaborating with clients to guarantee that all fixtures are installed in the most convenient and practical locations for ease of use for years to come. His ability to take charge and efficiently manage each project provides our clients with a seamless process.
Thomas
Tiler
As a tiler for Prime since 2018, Tom’s work consistently meets the high standards we set for all our projects. His exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering neat, quality work ensures our clients receive the best possible results.

Tom believes in working closely with clients to determine the optimal tile layout for their space, ensuring they are fully satisfied before commencing the job. This collaborative approach, combined with his dedication to carefully planning each project, guarantees a smooth and efficient process – from start to finish – on every tiling job.

Mattia
Tiler
Mattia is our tiling apprentice. He is already demonstrating exceptional workmanship and dedication to his craft and we are proud to have him on our team. Mattia works hard and consistently demonstrates his professionalism and commitment to each project. His drive to deliver high quality results has made him an asset to the Prime team.

Demolition
Gary has been with Prime since the beginning. As a demolition expert, Gary is typically the first tradesperson our clients meet during their renovation journey. Gary’s extensive experience of over 25 years ensures that he employs the safest and cleanest demolition techniques in the industry.
Viranun
Demolition

Viranun is our versatile all-rounder at Prime Home Improvements. Although you will often find him working alongside Garry, Viranun’s expertise extends far beyond that.

His diverse skill set allows him to assist other employees and contribute to various aspects of our projects with meticulous attention to detail.
